About the opportunity
AISF operates under the Government of Assam's startup ecosystem and supports founders through programs, mentorship, partnerships and capital access. Assam Startup Funding Support 2026 offers stage-based financial support for innovative startups at the Idea, Prototype/MVP and DeepTech stages. Eligible ventures can access funding of up to ₹40 lakh to validate ideas, develop working products and advance innovative solutions.
Who can apply?
Innovative startups applying under one of the following stages: • Idea Stage • Prototype/MVP Stage • DeepTech Stage Applicants should meet the applicable Assam Startup/AISF eligibility and registration requirements. Prototype/MVP applicants must have a working product or prototype and should be prepared to demonstrate it during evaluation. The underlying Assam Startup policy applies to startup entities operating in Assam. It also provides for MASI (My Assam Start-up ID), through which eligible Assam-based startups can access benefits under the policy.
